Delivery & Packaging

DELIVERY

All of my jewellery orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. This will be charged according to the weight of the package. If you live outside the United Kingdom, please contact me for details and cost of shipping.

PACKAGING

All orders for necklaces and earrings will be shipped in a linen effect black box with white flock lining. Pendants and some bracelets will be shipped in a velveteen pouch.

YOUR GUARANTEE

I guarantee all of my work. In the event of a problem with any piece of jewellery, please let me know as soon as possible, however, the guarantee does not cover misuse or damage post delivery.

I am happy to carry out minor repairs at a small charge e.g new catches/clasps!

RETURNS

Whilst I try to give an accurate description of each piece along with measurements, pictures etc. I appreciate that nothing compares with seeing and touching the real thing, so, if you do decide to return the item (real shame) please arrange this via Royal Mail.

When I receive the piece I will authorise a refund, however, I’m afraid I will not be able to refund the postage costs.

For hygiene reasons I cannot exchange or give refunds on earrings.
